'Batman: Arkham Knight' Patch Unable to Fix Issues on PC Version
It has been a tough road for the PC version of the game "Batman: Arkham Knight" as fans continue to vent out their dissatisfaction. According to Realty Today, the return of the action-adventure video game developed by Rocksteady Studios to Steam has not made any improvements.
Instead of fixing problems, it only brought in more complaints saying that the past issues on VRAM optimization were still there. Various gamers reported that the corresponding hardware still doesn't provide graphics quality that is similar to that of the decent console frame rates. The game is even said to have a difficult time running at 1080p 60.
As a temporary solution, Rocksteady incorporated a patch that contains the recent DLC into the game. Many of the gamers who were able to try it testified that perhaps it's time to go back to PS4 gaming considering the situation that they have experienced with the PC version. Fortunately, Warner Bros has issued a statement saying that they will offer refunds until the year ends, irrespective of how much the game is played and whether the gamer enjoyed it or did not like it.

Gamepur also detailed that the entertainment company is providing early "Batman: Arkham Knight" users with free games to compensate unsatisfied customers who purchased the PC version of the game. The free games are found in the user's Steam libraries and included in the list are "Batman: Arkham Origins," "Batman: Arkham Asylum," "Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate" and "Batman: Arkham City."
Those who have purchased the "Batman: Arkham Knight" at the Steam digital store before Nov. 16 are the only ones eligible for the offer.
As reported by Venture Beat, Warner Bros. already pulled off the game from digital and retail stores earlier this year. The game returned on Steam at the end of October.
