'Bones' Season 11 Episode 8 Spoilers: Team Investigate Political Journalist's Death
The stakes are high for the geniuses and brave specialists of the Jeffersonian team when Fox's hit crime drama TV series "Bones" continues this week for its 11th season with the brand new episode titled "High Treason in the Holiday Season."
According to the synopsis posted over at The Futon Critic, the squad will get wind of an incident concerning the death of a "high-powered" political journalist. Apparently, the latter was found dead following the publication of an article that is reportedly poised to expose the corruption within the NSA.
Getting the hints from the summary, it appears that Brennan and her team will need to handle the case with extreme care and caution, as they have yet to connect the NSA controversy to that of the journalist's untimely death. There's a big possibility that someone was paid to make a hit on the correspondent to silence him and consequently quell any efforts to disclose the scandal wrapped around this particular government agency.

TFC went on to suggest the gravity of the situation as it will reportedly shake the steely resolve of Agent Hodgins. His paranoia, needless to say, makes sense as the team is dealing with an intelligence agency that is capable of finding out whatever they are doing. One false move and the things they have kept hidden will be compromised.
In the midst of all these tension, the Jeffersonian family will still be in a festive mood in this episode. It is further stated in TFC that the whole team will be observing the Thanksgiving holiday together.
The promo video posted over at YouTube shares some of the funny moments that are to be expected in the latest episode of the show.
It opens with Bones telling Booth and Aubrey that apparently, "human and turkey tissue share remarkably similar texture."
This seems to give the shivers to Aubrey who tells Cam that "if the turkey's not a turkey, I'm going to the diner."
