The matriarch finds an ally with Tori who helps her with the program. Gil, on the other hand, gets help from his son, Lawson, who seems to have a different kind of approach in fitness.

Needless to say, the season will also be filled with other entertaining moments - one of which is how the family is slated to celebrate the upcoming Valentines Day.

In an interview with the International Business Times, Kelly Jo revealed that having every Bates huddle together under one roof for the holidays could prove to be near to impossible as many of them have already moved far away from their home state of Tennessee.

To compensate, the clan chose that one day where they can all get together and call it their own main holiday – Valentines Day.

The homemaker, Kelly Jo, revealed that this day is special for them that they officially call it "I Love You Day." During this occasion, only the immediate members of the clan get to receive gifts from Kelly Jo and Gil.

"Bring Up Bates" Season 3 debuts Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. on Up TV.
