'Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3' Update: Patch 1.04 Now Available For PS4 And Xbox One

Patch 1.04 for the military sci-fi shooter game "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" has gone live on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The update brings a huge list of changes to the video game, including new weapons, maps, the ability to quick-join a friend's match, and more.

The update for PS4 is a 3 GB package while that for the Xbox One comes in a 1 GB package. Treyarch is yet to release the patch for PC version of the game.

Patch 1.04 brings in "Call of Duty" points, a new currency that players can buy with real money. Players can then purchase Vials of Liquid Divinium using these points. They may also be used to get Rare Supply Drops for use in multiplayer mode.

Players can also use their "Call of Duty" points to buy extra character slots and cosmetics. All "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" players get 200 points to start with, free of charge.

Another improvement to the game is that players in multiplayer mode can now preview and change the music through the Multiplayer Music option. In addition, players can now join in on their friends' games through the menu. The new split-screen mode allows players to experience better graphics and texture.

Patch 1.04 also introduces new secondary weapons which are available in the Black Market once the player unlocks them using Cryptokeys. These weapons include a Wrench, a Butterfly Knife, and Brass Knuckles. The new "Call of Duty" points system lets players get Cryptokeys by trading in Supply Drops. The update also ups the rate at which Cryptokeys can be obtained.

Additionally, the patch introduces new Prestige icons, which are available from Level 56 or Max Prestige. These new icons are also the ones found in "Black Ops" and in "Black Ops 2." They also appear in the Treyarch game "World at War."
