'Dance Moms' Season 6 Spoilers: Abby Lee Miller Faces Prison Time, Students Move To Debbie Allen's Studio?
The new trailer for "Dance Moms" Season 6 shows Abby Lee Miller, her students, and their moms dealing with even more drama than usual - from a pornography case to Miller's own legal battles, and from the threat of students leaving the studio to Miller's clashes with the show's producers.
The preview for the new season, which is set to begin in less than a month, shows Miller breaking down over her legal troubles. In October, it was revealed that the Department of Justice had charged Miller with 20 counts of fraud, false bankruptcy declarations, and concealment of bankruptcy assets. If found guilty, the dance instructor and choreographer could spend five years in prison and/or be charged a $250,000 fine for each indictment count.
Aside from this major headache, Miller also has to deal with the possibility of some of her students leaving the studio.

"Debbie Allen wanted to work with our girls," Holly, the mother of Nia Soux, says. "So if Abby's not prepared, there's a studio that wants us," she tells the other dance moms.
The teaser also shows Nia and another of Miller's dancers, Kalani Hilliker, dancing with girls under Debbie Allen. "Success is a journey," "Grey's Anatomy" actress and producer Allen says. "It is not a single destination," she tells the girls.
With Miller facing legal charges and the lure of a rival studio, the dance moms seem to be on the verge of a migration. Holly expresses doubts over Miller's ability to manage the studio, saying, "This may have to fall because she can't sustain it."
Miller doesn't take this view lightly, telling the moms, "Walk away." She challenges them: "Say it. Put your money where your mouth is. Walk away."
At one point, she admits: "I'm hysterical. My hair is on rollers, I don't have a bra on, and I have a huge legal issue going on… "
