'Dance Moms' Season 6 Spoilers: Moms Are Outraged; Miller Deals with Legal Problems

The sneak peek for the upcoming return of "Dance Moms" season 6 revealed that there is more drama ahead for the dancers and their mothers.

The network Lifetime recently released a teaser for the upcoming season that features Abby Lee Miller speaking to her students. She questions them about their passion, challenging her students to push themselves further.

Fan favorite Maddie Ziegler is seen performing on the teaser. While she is performing some dance moves, Miller is heard saying, "Do you have any more passion and any more desire?"

Miller also begins to criticize her other students Nia Frazer and Jojo Siwa by stating that they could do a lot better. She continues to speak in the same way with MacKenzie Ziegler and Kendall Vertes.

Meanwhile, the girls' mothers are also seen outraged at Miller's sudden outbursts regarding their girls and particularly a new member of the group, Brynn Rumfallo. The Ziegler sisters' mother, Melissa Gisoni, is seen in an argument with Miller. She said," Are you kidding me? You never trained that kid."

However, the dancers and their mothers are not the only problems that Miller is facing. It was reported that the season will also showcase Miller's own personal and legal issues. The teaser shows her saying, "My hair's in rollers, I don't have a bra on and I have a huge legal issue going on. I'm finished!"

It was said that she is charged with 20 counts of fraud, which could leave her with five years in jail and $5 million in charges. It was stated that some of her legal problems were also due to the fact that she did not state all her assets when she filed for bankruptcy. Apparently, the dance instructor has also been in bad terms with one of the show's producers.

"Dance Moms" season 6 is expected to return on Lifetime on Jan. 5, 2016.
