'Daredevil' News, Update: Series Stars Dish Out A Handful of Season 2 Details
The second season of Netflix's hit superhero drama TV series is now close to airing its premiere and fans are still clamoring to know what's in store for them in the coming episodes.
In addition to a handful of promo materials released by the web streaming service company for Season 2, the stars behind the popular Marvel TV series appeared in the latest Television Critics Association winter press tour event in Pasadena to pour out more details.
Charlie Cox, who played the titular hero revealed that fans will find the character's beloved Hell's Kitchen finally in order.

"…with Wilson Fisk in jail, the crime rate has plummeted. Things have returned to normal, if not better than normal," the actor told the press and as cited by TVLine.
However, the coming of Jon Bernthal's alter-ego, Frank Castle/The Punisher, will cause Matt Murdock to "question everything." It will force him to "reevaluate" the role he plays and the things he had done for society.
The gun-toting vigilante himself is a force to reckon with. Daredevil has yet to deal with this man who's got nothing to lose after his loved ones got killed by the mob. Murdock's issue with the new player in town would be his sense of justice, which usually means killing everyone that was involved in the crime and those who hinder his plans.
As if the Punisher won't be enough of a headache, the Man Without Fear is also slated to face the iconic femme fatale of the Marvel comics, Elektra.
As quoted by the media outlet, actress Elodie Yung said that she "wanted to keep the coldness" of which the character is more known for in the source material.
"Elektra is kind of a sociopath. This world is a game for her, a chess game. What motivates her is what she wants. She'll use anything needs to use to get to her goal. If she needs to kill people, she will," the "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" star told TVLine.
Nonetheless, the viewers might have a hard time categorizing Elektra as she's both not a bad person nor a good person.
"She's a person with different traits and layers. We'll find out who she is really by the end of [the season]," the actress assured.
"Daredevil" Season 2 is slated to premiere March 18 on Netflix.
