In the comic book, Daredevil woke up chained on a rooftop with a gun. In front of him stood the Punisher who threatened him by saying that he was going to kill somebody and the only way to stop him was to kill him.
It is a pivotal scene for the character of Daredevil, since his morality has been challenged ever since the beginning of the series. The actor behind The Punisher shared some interesting insight about the role his character will play in the upcoming season of "Daredevil."

According to Entertainment Weekly, he stated, "It's an iconic character who people care an enormous amount about. People in law enforcement and the military — this is a character who resonates really strongly [to them]. That's no-nonsense to me. I know a lot of people really want us to get this right, and all I can say is the people around me are really wonderful, and I'm just trying to keep up with them."

Apart from The Punisher, another new character was featured in the recently released teaser. Daredevil's love interest, Elektra, was also seen in the images. The character, portrayed by Elodie Yung, was seen sitting on a couch while conversing with someone.

"Daredevil" season 2 will air on Netflix sometime in this year.
