According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Shawn (Jason Cook) will end his marriage with his cheating wife by sending in the divorce papers. Belle will be very devastated upon getting it as she hoped to reconcile with him and work things out. However, Shawn cannot forgive her for what she did.

This will lead her to seeking comfort from other people and ready to take her in with open arms is Philip (John-Paul Lavoiser). Spoilers say that he will invite her as a date to the New Year Eve's fashion show, perhaps just to keep her mind away from the divorce.
