Easter Egg Design Ideas: Varies from Chocolate to Minions to Stylishly Chic

Easter is fast approaching and as the tradition goes, many are preparing already to come up with cool and unique Easter egg designs. According to Dezeen Magazine, decorating eggs started in the Middles Ages as part of Easter celebrations. Since then, many have come up with variety of designs using different patterns, color and motif.

And although egg decorating have been around for a long time already, there are still new and fresh design ideas available to be used in this year's Easter egg hunt activity. A great thing about making Easter eggs is that there are no limitations. It's not necessary to use actual hen eggs as there other options available such as chocolates. As detailed in Pop Sugar, parents who are planning to hold a hunting activity can use truffles made with Oreos that are decorated like Easter eggs. It's very easy to make and requires only five ingredients. It's also a sweet bonus for the kids who will find them in the activity.

And since the "Despicable Me" character Minion is very popular among kids even up to now, Inquirer suggested making Minion eggs. It will only require some plastic eggs in blue and yellow colors, googly eyes, Sharpie pen, and black electrical tape. To make it, simply put together one yellow top and one blue bottom. Glue in the googly eyes and draw the mouth and eyebrows just like the Minion characters.
