'Fallout 4' Gets November Release Date (VIDEO)
Bethesda's upcoming post-apocalyptic video game, "Fallout 4" just got a November 2015 release date at an E3 press conference over the weekend.
Action role-playing game, the post-apocalyptic "Fallout 4" was given a Nov. 10 release date during Bethesda Game Studios' E3 press conference.
Bethesda also showed a demo gameplay video for the anticipated fifth major installment in the "Fallout" games series, which is scheduled for release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

"Fallout 4" takes place on the morning before a nuclear apocalypse occurs, with the player waking up next to a spouse in their idyllic suburban home.
As soon as the player reaches the bathroom to freshen up, character creation takes place, with a choice between playing the husband or wife, having a baby, and an option to change the character's appearance.
As soon as the player completes their character's stats, Ron Perlman's character appears on television to announce the start of a nuclear war. The player then takes the small family to their neighborhood's local Vault to take shelter, just before a nuclear bomb detonates.
After a cryogenic sleep, the player emerges 200 years later to a post-nuclear wasteland. After reuniting with the family dog and a robot butler, the character can utilize scrap from the apocalyptic environment to recreate a home complete with furnishings.
Based on the demo Bethesda played, fans of the game can expect the return of VATS. They will be able to pause combat to queue attacks on enemies' specific parts, and acquire as many as 50 different weapons and outfit their character with 700 separate modifications.
The wrist-mounted PipBoy will make a return to give stats, maps, inventory, and radio stations. "Fallout 4's" PipBoy will be more advanced and offer animated graphics, as well as play holotapes and arcade games.
According to game designer, Todd Howard, players who purchase the game's Collector's Edition will get their own fully functional PipBoy, with the option to download a mobile app for their wrist device that performs the actions the in-game PipBoy version does, according to Cinemablend.
