'Fear The Walking Dead' Season 2 Premiere Date News: New Details Confirmed By AMC
For those who are keeping tabs on updates regarding the return of AMC's hit TV series, "Fear The Walking Dead," into the small screens for its Season 2, they can now finally mark their calendars as the network just announced the premiere date of the show's second season.
It was revealed by AMC that the next chapter of "Fear The Walking Dead" will officially come back to the airwaves on Sunday, April 10, 2016. Fans will then be able to find out more about what's next for Madison (Kim Dickens), her daughter Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey), stepson Chris (Lorenzo James Henrie), and boyfriend Travis (Cliff Curtis).
While Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the crew of the show's parent series, "The Walking Dead" Season 6B, have yet to make their way out from the Alexandria Safe Zone, Madison and her group will be found traversing the waters on a yacht.

But will the crew be ultimately safe from the threat of the Walkers?
Series creator Robert Kirkman shared during the New York Comic-Con event last year that the upcoming season will basically pick up from where Season 1 ends which finds them about to embark on a sea voyage.
Kirkman, who also served as the series' executive producer, however clarified that there will still be some action despite them being away from the heart of the epidemic.
"There's definitely some zombie water action coming up," he said during the event, as quoted over at IGN.com.
"…just because it takes place on the boat doesn't mean they'll be on the boat all the time. It will be a seafaring adventure," Kirkman further clarified. Fans should also expect the characters docking into some ports to visit different locales. They may even board other boats too.
