'Fear the Walking Dead' Season 2 News: A Whole Lot of Trouble Coming Up Ahead, Trailer Teases

The main survivors in AMC's hit zombie drama TV series "Fear the Walking Dead" may have already made it to the sea. Despite the fact that they are now away from the imminent threat brought by the Walkers, it would seem like trouble is still following them on their heels.

The network recently dropped a teaser trailer for the show's highly anticipated season 2 and it gives a rather quick glimpse as to what might transpire in the new installment.

Titled "No Safe Harbour," the promo video, which was shared over at YouTube, shows Travis (Cliff Curtis), Madison (Kim Dickens), Daniel (Ruben Blades), and the yet-to-be-shown Victor Strand (Colman Domingo) sailing aboard a yacht, which is owned by the latter.

The scene offers the impression that the survivors are already safe knowing that it's improbable for the zombies to traverse in the waters. However, this notion is quickly shattered in the next couple of seconds.

In the clip, a lifeboat fills to the brim with people seeming to signal the yacht for help. It can be assumed that Travis and his group concede to let the other survivors come aboard. However, there is also a significant possibility that one of the new boarders could be infected or is already dying as the next scene briefly shows some terrifying moments involving a man being submerged in the waters and Travis hacking someone with an axe.

Series executive Dave Erickson previously revealed to Entertainment Weekly what the new season would bring.

"You're going to see a bunch of seabound refugees over the course of season 2," he told EW. "And much in the same way that we have taken steps to survive and compromised our morals to do so, we're going to have to deal with some people who have very similar objectives, and the default setting for most of these people is not going to be, let's all live in harmony and try to build a new community."

"It's going to be, how do we protect what's ours? How do we protect our family? So there's going to be a very serious threat from other people, as there is constantly on The Walking Dead," Erickson added.

"Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 premieres to AMC on April 10.
