'Friends' Reunion Update: Taping Pushes Through Minus Matthew Perry
The reunion that fans have long been requesting for has finally happened somehow on Sunday night, though sadly, Matthew Perry still wasn't around.
In a photo on Instagram, fan of the "Friends" Kaley Cuoco made sure she will capture the moment to give other fans like her a glimpse into the amazing get-together. Along with some of her co-stars in "The Big Bang Theory" (Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, and Simon Helberg), Cuoco was joined by the beautiful Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Courteney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow.
The comedy series star captioned her photo: "Ummmm NIGHT MADE. Can't breathe #friends meets #bbt @bigbangtheory_cbs I died and went to heaven."

As of today, the photo has gained more than 250k likes, and just as expected, fans of the show shared their excitement for the much-awaited special, which is said to be part of a tribute to TV director James Burrows.
While it has been reported earlier that Perry won't be in the special as he is busy with a play that he is prepping for its premiere in London next month, the "Friends" seemed to be in high spirits.
The reunion has been under the nose of fans and executives for the past years, and even if there have been rumors of a possible reboot, it never happened. This time, though, the people who made viewers laugh and cry at the same time are coming together for possibly one last time.
Perry's absence has been an issue for many years after news emerged that he has had troubles during the sitcom's rollout. According to The Sun, Perry admitted recently that his life on-screen as Chandler is something he can't even remember due to all the alcohol that bogged his system.
"I was a little out of it at the time — I don't remember three years of it. I was never high at work. I was painfully hungover. Then eventually things got so bad I couldn't hide it and everybody knew," he explained.
It was brave for Perry to come out about his struggles and even more awesome that he chose to be where his heart is at the moment instead of fool himself and tape for a sitcom that he can't even recall.
Meanwhile, the "Friends" special will still air without Perry on Feb. 21 on NBC to prove that friends move on and will remain as they are despite the distance.
