The stars of "Fuller House" recently spoke to Ellen DeGeneres about the matter. They expressed their hope to see the twins make an appearance on the series if "Fuller House" receives a second season. However, they did explain that the series will still acknowledge Michelle's presence. Therefore, fans will still feel their presence on the series.

Meanwhile, the creator of the series, Jeff Franklin, recently hinted at a possible appearance of the twins. According to E! News, he stated, "I am still hopeful that Mary-Kate or Ashley or both of them will come back and be a part of it, even if it's just for an hour. We miss that. Everybody does feel that hole in the family. But it's like, all family reunions, there's always somebody that doesn't show up. But hopefully next time around, we'll have them back. No hard feelings, but I really was hoping to get that picture."

"Fuller House" is expected to premiere on Netflix with a 13-episode season this Feb. 26.
