"Gotham" Season 3 has mentioned some of the villains who will create chaos in the city; one of them is the Mad Hatter.

Benedict Samuel of "The Walking Dead" is going to portray the role of the Mad Hatter, also known as Jervis Tetch in the third season of the series. Mad Hatter's character is a mad, but really good hypnotist. Looking for his sister, Alice, is the main reason why he arrived in Gotham. Alice has been gone for several years in the city. As her brother, he would do anything to get her back. His hypnotic abilities might affect other characters in the upcoming season.

When the third season kicks off, villains will be ruling the city and the Court of Owls will have a big role in handling the crimes in the city. Bruce Wayne will be dealing with the guests of Gotham City and it will be real chaos.
The criminal organization, Court of Owls, will be back and Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) will be dealing with the ones who escaped Indian Hill. He will be chasing the Hugo Strange (B.D. Wong) who has been responsible for the experiment at the place.
Gotham will still follow the life of famous villains that already reside in the city.
More Villains In The City
In the midst of the city's chaos, Mad Hatter arrives with a purpose. He will work his way in the city to see his sister.
Aside from the Mad Hatter, the Tweedle brothers will also be getting into action. Poison Ivy (Maggie Geha) will join the fray as well. Valerie Vale will also be getting into the city's story and Fish Mooney will return.
In the DC Comics, the Mad Hatter was a scientist who had no powers at all. However, he used mind control over his enemies. Even though the Mad Hatter is psychologically imbalanced, he was very brilliant.
In this upcoming season of the series, a lot will happen in Gotham and a whole lot of new villains will be getting into the city. Each of these characters have their own stories to tell.
Fans should look forward to Mad Hatter since he will be putting up with his own self in the hopes of finding Alice.
