According to The Futon Critic, in Episode 23 titled "At Last," things are looking up for both Owen and Amelia as they decide to take their relationship to the next level. Alex, on the other hand, will gain some clarity on his future with Jo. For Callie and Arizona, the issue of Sophia's custody arrangement will still be bugging the two women.
A promo video for the upcoming episode teases that this week, fans should expect to see a "shocking hookup" as well as some memorable proposals. Fans have the inkling that lovebirds Owen and Amelia will be one of the two couples getting hitched.

The video also caught glimpse of Stephanie and Kyle kissing. The latter can be seen lying on a hospital bed and it seems like viewers should be ready for some heartbreaking moments between the two.
A sneak peek for the same episode sees Kyle and Stephanie having some heart-to-heart talk. The patient admits to the doctor that she misses him despite the fact that the two of them are already over.
"I've missed you," he says in the clip. "Well, relax. Not, like, sad or lovesick missed you. I manly missed you. I'm very tough."
It looks like Kyle is in a pretty bad shape but Dr. Edwards assures him that everything will be just fine.
"Look, I talked to Dr. Shepherd about your surgery," Stephanie tells him. "And she's got this. You're gonna make it through this. I know it."
The man went on to sound quite hopeful by inviting her on a European tour. However, fans will have to find out if Kyle would make it through the hour.
"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 the penultimate episode premieres this Thursday, May 12 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
