'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Spoilers: Meredith And Will's New Romance?

The upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy" is expected to shed some light on a new relationship.

It seems as though Meredith, played by Ellen Pompeo, is done mourning the death of her former love, Derek, who was portrayed by Patrick Dempsey. Ever since the introduction of a new character, Will, fans have been waiting for Meredith to revive her love life.

While not all fans are rooting for Meredith and Will, the upcoming episode will show the two making progress in their relationship. A promotional teaser was released, hinting at the possibility of romance for the two. However, not all is expected to go as smoothly as planned for Meredith and Will.

Meanwhile, the trailer showed some conflict between another couple. The previous episodes showed Andrew and Maggie trying to sort out their relationship after Andrew suggested that they should become more than friends. Unfortunately, the two are still experiencing some tension in their relationship since Maggie is still unsure about taking on a new relationship.

Fans can expect to see Maggie confront Andrew about what is happening between them. With that,the upcoming episode will show whether the two will continue pursuing their relationship despite the struggles they are faced with.

Aside from the teaser, a star from the series also shared some juicy details about what is to come. According to Cosmopolitan, Jerrika Hinton teased an upcoming twist to the story. She explained that her character has a surorise for the episodes to come. Hinton said, "I got on the phone with the writers a lot, and I was like, "You're really having her do this?" I'm very open to her doing things that I don't agree with, because the more ways we find to really make these characters, the better this whole thing is."

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 airs Thursday nights.
