'Grimm' Season 5 Episode 4 Spoilers: 'Maiden Quest' Synopsis Revealed; Show Boss Dish Details
NBC's hit supernatural drama TV series "Grimm" Season 5 continues this week with a brand new episode that will see a maiden quest taking a turn for the worse. Meanwhile, a latest interview reveals what's coming up for the show's upcoming 100th episode.
The synopsis posted over at the Futon Critic for the episode titled "Maiden Quest" tells of a wealthy mobster who sends three young men on a mission for them to win his daughter's hand in marriage as well as to inherit his huge fortune. Actress Madeline Zima will guest star as the boss's daughter, Elena.
However, as the three vying men work at the quest, the number of dead bodies begins to grow which eventually catches people's attention. Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby) are tasked with the investigation. The partners are assumed to get right into business to find out more about the killings. Perhaps their investigation will put them at odds with the men who are trying to complete their mission.
The promo video for the episode did suggest that Nick and Hank might find themselves in harm's way with them as the investigators are caught "in the crossfire."
Meanwhile, a report from Blastr.com reveals some of the most exciting things that fans of the series need to expect for its 100th episode. During the interview with the media outlet, executive producer Norberto Barba teased that the segment will find "Nick and Monroe [Silas Weir Mitchell] go on a big trip because of the keys, and they find where the keys are."
"We see what the keys fit and we find out what's in that, and it's mindblowing. It will change things," the EP was further quoted as saying by the publication.
Moreover, Barba promised that viewers will also finally get to meet a Loch Ness Monster in one of the episodes in the current season. It remains to be determined if it airs before or after the 100th episode event.
For the meantime, "Grimm" Season 5 airs this week with Episode 4 on Friday, Nov. 20, at 9 p.m. on NBC.
