'Hawaii Five-0' Season 6: Valentine's Special Will Show Flashbacks to Team's Date Disasters

"Hawaii Five-0" season 6 is currently on a two-week hiatus, but it will come back before Valentine's Day to feature flashbacks to the team's worst date experiences.

The last episode, which aired on Jan. 22, was titled "Umia Ka Hanu." It featured an exciting mission for Lou in Chicago. He was trying to convince his former partner Clay Maxwell to admit that he was the one who pushed his wife off the cliff during an anniversary celebration in Hawaii. In the end, Clay was able to escape, the International Business Times recalls.

In addition, the previous episode also featured Kono and Chin who fell hostage to two gunmen while trying to win against McGarrett and Danny in a bet.

The Feb. 12 episode titled "Hoa 'inea (Misery Loves Company)" will show the team's past date disasters as a toast to Valentine's Day. CBS recently teased that "Hawaii Five-0" season 6's next episode will see the team investigating a double homicide tied with an extra-marital affair, according to Enstarz.

"As Five-0 investigates a double homicide involving marital infidelity, McGarrett and the team recount their disastrous Valentine's Day experiences," said CBS in the official synopsis for the Feb. 12 episode.

The said episode will follow an unconventional format because it will flash back to worst dates for Steve and Lynn, Danny and Amber, Chin and Abby, and Kono and Adam. It will also show Jerry and Kamekona's awful dates with their respective admirers, the report relays.

The main focus of the upcoming episode, however, will be the team's efforts to solve the double homicide, the report adds.

Teaser photos from episode 14 show Chin showing off a bit of skin. In another photo, Daniel and Lou are seen together. The other photos feature the characters' preparation for Valentine's Day.

"Hawaii Five-0" season 6 airs every Friday at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
