'House Of Cards' Season 4 News, Update: Show Back On Netflix In March?

It won't only be the actual United States Presidential Election that will be getting the attention in 2016 as Netflix's hit original political drama series, "House of Cards," is also coming out next year for its fourth season. But if asked as to when exactly fans can once again see Kevin Spacey's iconic POTUS Frank Underwood in the web streaming service, that is yet to be found out.

However, this release date speculation from Fansided.com might just give some hints. According to the publication, "House of Cards" Season 4 will probably be made available for binge-watching on Netflix by March 11, 2016.

As explained by the site, the show could take a one-year and 13-day gap in between seasons given that Season 1 premiered on Feb. 1, 2013, followed by Season 2 on Feb. 14, 2014, and then the latest came out on Feb. 27 of this year.

Taking hints from this pattern and if the show sticks with the interval count, Netflix subscribers will definitely see the fourth installment joining the Movies and TV Shows list for March.

With that matter temporarily settled, fans might be asking what's new in the upcoming season. Earlier casting reports indicated that Frank might finally find his worthy rival in the game of dirty politics.

According to Deadline.com, the Underwoods will face Neve Campbell's character. The character to which the "Party Of Five" star will play has yet to be revealed. However, her casting comes after a rumor surfaced saying that the duo will meet a younger power couple who will challenge their political goals. Could Campbell's yet-to-be revealed character be one of the pair?

As for the country's first couple, there have been theories saying that Season 4 could see the downfall of their marriage. In fact, Season 3 ended with Claire leaving the White House with a clear intention never to return again.

But this has to be taken with a grain of salt as anything could still happen in the show.

Stay tuned for more updates.
