The upcoming season of "House of Cards" is getting hotter than ever, especially with the trailer recently released by Netflix reminding everyone how poor Rachel went six feet below the ground.
In the finale of season 3, fans were dumbfounded after Doug (Michael Kelly) decided that he was heartless enough to take power to the next level.
