'How to Get Away With Murder' Season 2 Spoilers: Tiffany Howard's Appearance Teased
As fans await the return of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 2, the excitement isn't stalling, especially with Peter Nowalk's recent comments about the possible plot that will be depicted in the remaining episodes.
The show is on a hiatus for the holiday season and the writers are still working on how parts of the season should go. However, a recent interview with TV Guide reveals that Nowalk and the writing team will probably give a story from Asher's (Matt McGorry) past a chance to be relived.
One of the most haunting parts of Asher's past is a girl named Tiffany Howard. In episode 7, Bonnie (Liza Weil) unveiled some information about the events that occurred some time ago at Trotter Lake. Unfortunately, her boyfriend is involved.

Howard was raped several years back by a group of men and Asher is accused of being involved in the crime. Asher's father has been helping to cover up his son's involvement, but Bonnie isn't going to let up.
Asher has also denied being directly involved in Howard's rape, but Bonnie is too curious to give up so she goes on a journey of finding new information about the real events that took place.
In his interview, the showrunner made it clear that he's not sure if the upcoming episodes will show the rape victim. The reason behind is because the team still has not settled on a "real reason" to work on the story line, considering that the rape is a serious topic to tackle. Nowalk and the writers are worried about how they will tell an untold story. "We would have to tell a story we haven't told before that we're honestly not telling with Annalise (Viola Davis) and Bonnie, who are both survivors. We would have to really devote time to it," he explained.
On the other hand he hinted that the writers are also looking at a reasonable path to somehow get Howard's story integrated into the current plot. "I wouldn't count that out," he said, referring to the idea of allowing fans to meet the victim.
Part 2 of "How to Get Away With Murder" season 2 returns on Feb. 11 on ABC.
