iPad Pro Release Date: Apple's Giant iPad to Launch Nov. 11

Apple's iPad Pro release date is only a few days away and consumers are excited to get their hands on the company's biggest and most powerful tablet so far.

The Cupertino-based tech giant has not yet confirmed the iPad Pro's release date, but there are rumors that the giant tablet will come out on Nov. 11. Next month, Apple consumers will finally be able to take a closer look at the 12.9-inch iPad, according to a 9to5Mac report cited by Time.

With a processor that runs twice as fast as the one in the iPad Air 2, the iPad Pro is reportedly Apple's most powerful iOS device yet. The giant iPad, which will cost at least $799, comes with a specialized stylus called the Apple Pencil, which will cause buyers to cough up an additional $99, the report details.

The 32 GB variant of the iPad Pro comes with a price tag of $799, while the 128 GB WiFi variant will cost $949. The cellular model of the giant iPad, on the other hand, will cost $1,079, Apple Insider reports.

The iPad Pro release date will also be the launch date of Apple's Smart Keyboard, which has a price tag of $169. So far, a preorder period for the new device and accessories has not yet been confirmed, the report adds.

Despite the proliferation of reports pointing to Nov. 11 as the launch date of the iPad Pro, the date itself is reportedly doubtful, since it falls on the Veterans Day in the United States. Apple usually conducts launches on Tuesdays and Fridays and does away with holiday launches, the report relays.

On Sept. 9, Apple revealed that it will release its biggest tablet in November. While the tech giant has not yet confirmed the rumors, iPad Pro fans will have to stay put and wait for another announcement from Apple.
