iPhone 7 Look, Release Date and Possible Feature Rumors Revealed

Not much information has been released yet on Apple's upcoming offering, the iPhone 7, but that is not stopping gadget enthusiasts and interested parties from thinking about what it will look like or what it will contain.

Designers are already releasing mockups of what they think the latest iPhone will look like, such as designer Martin Hajek, who released images of his version of the Apple smartphone.

The phone, which is being called the iPhone 6S or the iPhone 7 due to a lack of an official name, might end up smaller in size than its predecessor, the iPhone 6. Based on Hajek's design, the speakers may end up at the top of the handset and the phone will have its screen and home button much closer together to reduce the space and size.

Hajek worked on the design together with Steven Tweedie from the Business Insider, and released more photos of his imagined design.

As for the release date of the much-anticipated phone, rumors have it that Apple is looking at a September and October 2015 release.

However, the release date will still be dependent on the response to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Rumors also have it that Apple may go with two different releases with an iPhone 6S on the summer of 2015 and the iPhone 7 in September or October in order to compete with brands like Samsung, Sony, HTC, Microsoft and more that released several models a year.

Speculation is also being thrown around on just what features the upcoming iPhone will have, and interested consumers are already asking for better features in comparison to iPhone predecessors and competing smartphones.

The iPhone 6 already offers 16GB, 64GB and 128GB with 1GB RAM, but its competition is already offering more RAM storage, such as the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the HTC One M8. Consumers will be pleased with a 2GB or 3GB RAM.

The camera on the iPhone 6 is at 8MP, so an upgrade to a 13MP or 13MP will also be a plus point, and screen resolution as well needs to be bumped up as competing phones are already offering 440ppi compared to Apple's 326ppi.
