Kardashian Clan News: Rob Kardashian 'Struggling,' Source Says
As the rest of the clan seems to be moving on with their lives, Rob Kardashian remains in the dark, and according to a source, he is still struggling with several issues.
According to People, the source said, "Rob is still struggling and it makes the family sad. He deals with depression, weight issues and low self-esteem, but that's been going on for a long time."
While his sisters Khloé and Kourtney have expressed their concern and support for him, Rob seems to remain in the pits of depression.
Ever since he started gaining a lot of pounds, the 28-year-old reality star has done his best to keep away from the public. Aside from his weight gain, he is also apparently suffering from depression.
The source added that everyone in the family has been rallying to try to convince him that he can get through the issues and once again be the person they once knew. "The family, especially Khloé, is very much there for him but it has to be his own journey to figure out," the source explained.
Khloé is known all around for always being supportive of her siblings, even to the point of getting into verbal wars with some people to stick up for her family. Rob lives with his sister, and while Khloé knows that Rob is "such a great guy," she also said earlier in October that she wants to see her brother strive to get himself out of his shell.
It seems Rob has been trying to redeem himself, but fans and paparazzi have noticed that he has largely become an absentee in family gatherings, even missing Kim's wedding to Kanye West.
While Khloé has her own battles to be fair, including the recent drug overdose that her ex beau, Lamar Odom, allegedly let himself drown into, she seems to be keeping herself strong for the sake of the family.
On the other hand, she admitted that there have been times of losing patience since she knows that she can't always be around to push Rob into getting back to his life.
