Lady Gaga House Hunting in Amish Country?
Some residents of Lititz, Pa., may soon be getting Lady Gaga as their new neighbor. The singer is reportedly house hunting in Amish country.
Local Prudential Real Estate Agent Marilyn Berger, told the Post-Gazette she would be more than willing to help Lady Gaga, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, find the perfect humble abode.
"We hear that she may buy a house around here," she said. "I know other Realtors who handle higher-end houses, and they haven't talked to her either. But if she's looking for a house, I'd be more than happy to help her,” Berger said.

The singer visited the Bulls Head Public House one evening to eat with friends in September, according to the Post-Gazette, and surprising some locals.
"She was very discreet that night," Bulls Head bartender Jeffrey Cook told the Post-Gazette on Tuesday. "She was here with her boyfriend and another couple and a couple guys I figured were bodyguards. It was very busy that night, so a lot of people didn't notice. She ordered a Jameson's Irish Whiskey and a turkey sandwich."
Cook added that the pub "gets a lot of customers on most nights, but her (Lady Gaga’s) visit has definitely helped us. A lot of people ask about her. It's helped put us on the map."
It has been rumored in various music industry tabloids over the past three months that Gaga has been searching for a place to live in the socially conservative Pennsylvania area since she began dating actor Taylor Kinney, 30, who is a Lancaster County native.
Lady Gaga, 25, met Kinney on the set of her "You and I" music video this summer.
Kinney, who currently lives in California, graduated from Mennonite High School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania Dutch Country, in 2000. The pair visited the area several weeks ago when Kinney returned for a relative’s funeral, the Post-Gazette reports.
Various media reports have said Gaga is looking to purchase a house with a price tag of up to $2 million in the gated community of Bent Creek, several miles outside of Lititz.
"Lady Gaga has been dating Taylor for a few months, but it looks like their relationship could be hitting new levels, and the couple were seen at local bars and restaurants and even shopping for food in the area," musicrooms.net said in a recent article.
"It's been great for publicity," said Bulls Head Banquet Manager Jeffrey Merk on Tuesday, according to the Post-Gazette.
"Besides being at our pub, I know she was at the Log Cabin Restaurant in town, plus a Giant supermarket. Everybody comes in here and asks about her."
