'Married At First Sight' Season 3 Updates: One Wife Dissatisfied With Husband, None Of The Couples Intimate On Wedding Night
Tuesday's episode saw the weddings of the three couples in Season 3 of "Married at First Sight," and though two of the couples seemed happy with their marriages, one pair wasn't so lucky.
"Married at First Sight" is an unscripted reality show that follows three couples who are paired up by professionals and who don't meet each other until the day of their wedding. They spend their wedding night together before leaving for their honeymoon, after which they spend a month living together as a married couple. When the month is up, they get to choose whether to stay married or get divorced.
In Episode 3, "Wedding Night," the couples retire to their hotel rooms to spend their first night as a married couple, but though some of them seem comfortable with each other, none get intimate. Tres and Vanessa were seen receiving breakfast in bed, but Tres later says, "I want her to know that I'm willing to go at her pace," according to International Business Times. Vanessa says that it's too soon and that she wants their first time to be meaningful.

Ashley and David share a bed on their wedding night, but they don't have sex either. David says that he wants to get more physical with Ashley, but he wants her to be more comfortable with him first. Ashley says she needs space and reports that David didn't pressure her to get intimate with him. David responds, saying that he doesn't expect them to do anything on their honeymoon apart from getting to know each other.
Meanwhile, Sam is disappointed with her husband Neil, who playfully appears in a "Big Spoon" onesie on their wedding night. Later, she admits that she's not physically attracted to him and that she finds him unattractive. Neil seems stunned by her blunt admission, saying, "I'm not a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10." Sam is adamant that they did not consummate their marriage, telling the cameras: "No, I did not consummate my marriage last night, nor will I be consummating it the next night or the night after that. It's not gonna happen. No."
The "Married at First Sight" Season 3 couples are Ashley Doherty and David Norton, Vanessa Nelson and Tres Russell, and Samantha Role and Neil Bowlus.
