'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 7 Spoilers: Team Goes Undercover

The upcoming episode of "NCIS: Los Angeles" season 7 is expected to bring back some of the team's old friends.

It was revealed that episode 15 of "NCIS: Los Angeles" season 7 will focus on the Russian Federation. Titled "Matryoska," which is a reference to the popular Russian nesting doll, the episode will feature a popular Russian character of the series played by Vyto Ruginis, Arkady Kolchek.

It was stated that the episode will be the first part of a two-part story. According to Spoilers Guide, the synopsis of the upcoming episode reads, "In order to locate Arkady in Russia, the NCIS team goes undercover with his daughter, Anna (Bar Paly), at a gala in Los Angeles to gain access to the Russian Consul General's computer."

Along with the synopsis, promotional photos for the episode were also revealed. They show Special Agent G. Callen, played by Chris O'Donnell, and Special Agent Sam Hanna, played by LL Cool J, in classy suits as they accompany Anna to the Gala.

As for Kensi, played by Daniela Ruah, and Deeks, played by Eric Christian Olsen, they will be posing as staff of the catering in order to dig deeper into the investigation.

Aside from Vyto Ruginis, there will be other guest stars in the upcoming episode, which include Bar Paly as Anastasia "Anna" Kolcheck, Ravil Isyanov as Anatoli Kirkin, Rizwan Manji as Anton, Zoran Korach as Semyon, Angelina Assereto as Sarah, Griffin Freeman as Hans, Mo Anouti as Security Guard, Mikal Vega as Security Guard #2, and Salvator Xuereb as Balinski/CIA Officer Randall Sharov.

With that, the upcoming two-part story will be jam-packed. Fans can expect a lot of action and drama when the series returns from its hiatus next week.

"NCIS: Los Angeles" season 7 will air episode 15 on CBS this Feb. 8.
