According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode called "React," the special agents will get wind of information that the daughter of a higher up has been kidnapped.
Leslie Hope will return in this episode to reprise her role as the Secretary of the Navy, Sarah Porter. With the gravity of the situation, NCIS will be prompted to partner up with the FBI, the country's intelligence and security service. Will the joint forces be enough to track and pin down the perpetrators as well as arrive on time to keep the victim from harm's way?

In another development, McGee's (Sean Murray) childhood friend, NCIS Special Agent Valerie Page (guest star Christina Chang) will drop by to help the guys complete their advance tactics training.
Meanwhile, there have been countless theories indicating the way in which Weatherly's character will say goodbye on the show. For one, there's the speculation that he could be killed off. The most recent theory, however, indicates that his departure might be romantically-connected.
A TVLine report says that DiNozzo will soon be reunited with his former flame, Jeanne Benoit (Scottie Thompson). Citing the details given over for next week's episode called "Loose Cannons," it is said that the agent will visit his ex while he continues to look for more information and following a lead concerning doctors in Sudan.
From the looks of it, there's a huge possibility that the two will once again find the magic between them. This would be despite the fact that Benoit is already married to one of the doctors.
