The Minnesota Vikings are a lock in the playoffs even before doing battle against the New York Giants. New York, on the other hand, does not have the same luxury. The Giants are already out of playoff contention, while the Vikings are going full force in the hope of winning the NFC North. While star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is out for New York, Minnesota is expected to be cruising in this one with Teddy Bridgewater on top of his game.

The Vikings are at an admirable position heading into tomorrow's game. Should the Falcons lose or the Seahawks win, they're good to go. But they can make life easier if they win against the Giants and just let themselves decide their own fate.

Once again, Bridgewater will be leading the Vikings (9-5). "We just have to understand the situation, it's the time of the year where teams are playing their best football, and I'm glad that we're on the upside of that right now and have momentum heading into this next game," the quarterback said.

The 6-8 Giants, on the other hand, saw their playoff hopes dashed when the Redskins won against the Eagles, plus the suspension of Beckham does not help their case in winning this game against the streaking Minnesota team. Beckham's contribution to this team is invaluable, producing 91 catches for 1,396 yards, coupled with 13 touchdowns. Those numbers are currently tied for the league's best. He also owns seven TD receptions, producing more than 20 yards, which in return is tied for second in the league.

And if that's not enough, the Vikings are expected to have several defensive players back, including safety Harrison Smith, as well as defensive tackle Linval Joseph and linebacker Anthony Barr. Perhaps the only advantage for the Giants heading into this game is that they've won the previous two games against the Vikings.
