New York Jets vs Dallas Cowboys Live Stream, Preview: Cowboys Must Win to Keep Playoff Hopes Alive

The New York Jets enter Saturday's game against the Dallas Cowboys in a rather unique position; they currently have a decent 8-5 record heating into Week 15, but they actually don't have their own postseason destiny in their hands. They only have three games left and winning all those three is of primary importance right now.

As for the Cowboys, a stint in the postseason is becoming more and more improbable and losing this game will serve as their official elimination game. Every game at this point is a must-win for them.

Dallas is a failure this season, though there were some flashes of brilliance when Matt Cassel was at the helm. However, Cassel himself couldn't produce good numbers at a consistent basis, producing a passer rating of 73.5 even if he has in disposal the likes of Dez Bryant and Jason Witten.

New York, on the other hand, have blossomed as of late, perhaps showing the best football this team could muster in a long time. They are currently enjoying a three-game winning streak, and majority of the success is attributed to their offense, headed by Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker.

Bryant-Revis Matchup

Darelle Revis is making Jets football very interesting when he's playing against the best receivers of the opposing team. This time, he'll be facing one of the best in Dez Bryant. But a recent foot injury might have cut a big portion of Bryant's effectiveness on the field, but it's hard to blame him. Catching just 27 passes producing 351 yards so far, he hasn't made enough for this team to turn to winning. However, there is no doubt he's more than capable of coming up with a big game, perhaps this one against the Jets.

Injuries

The Cowboys will be without linebacker Rolando McClain and cornerback Morris Claiborne because of separate injuries. As for the Jets, cornerback Marcus Williams is out with a knee injury, along with Devin Smith (knee), Dion Bailey (ankle), and Jeremy Kerley (calf).
