It is detailed that the episode will continue to unveil more of the battle between Luffy and Doflamingo. Apparently, Luffy is determined to take down the "Heavenly Yaksha" with all of his might. But Doflamingo is not an easy foe to cross paths with as he will be fighting back. Spoilers revealed that the two will try to overpower each other with their powerful attacks. In the official synopsis, it says that Luffy will lose his strength and fall. He will be knocked down for about ten minutes and then will get back up. That's when Doflamingo will start attacking Luffy. The Battle of the Nations will also be shown.

The series premise for episode 729 says, "Monkey. D. Luffy refuses to let anyone or anything stand in the way of his quest to become the king of all pirates. With a course charted for the treacherous waters of the Grand Line and beyond, this is one captain who'll never give up until he's claimed the greatest treasure on Earth: the Legendary One Piece!"

Unfortunately, Youth Health said that viewing access of the episode online is not for everyone as it will depend on the viewer's territory and licensing limitation.
