'Outlander' Season 2 News, Spoilers: Stars Talk About Baby Bump, Play 'Two Truths And A Lie'
Though Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie's (Sam Heughan) relationship may be taking a more serious tone after the former dropped her pregnancy news in season 1, things on the "Outlander" set have reportedly taken a more comedic turn.
According to Heughan, who plays Highland warrior Jamie Fraser in the popular Starz series, the prosthetic baby bump that co-star Balfe has to wear during filming has been a distraction.
"I'm kind of obsessed by it," the actor told E! News. "It's really fun to poke, and also just rub it."

But while Heughan has been having fun with the silicone bump, the actors have also been pretty serious about realistically portraying Claire's pregnancy on screen.
As avid viewers of "Outlander" know, Claire Randall, the time-travelling World War II nurse played by Balfe, told Jamie that she is expecting in the show's season 1 finale. When the show debuts its new season in April, Claire and Jamie will be in France, where they will be dealing with the pregnancy news, amongst other things.
According to E!, Jamie will be somewhat clueless about what pregnant women can and cannot do and Claire will have to teach him a thing or two, particulalry in the new season's steamier scenes.
Balfe spoke to the outlet about her onscreen pregnancy, saying, "… it was this thing about how you do feel sexy, and you do feel womanly, and it was great to be able to celebrate that and to watch this couple bond and really connect over their impending child."
"We kind of fought for that a little bit, because I think it is important that it's not sort of glamorized," Heughan chimed in. "It is real. Women who are pregnant are sexy, and glowing, and I think it was really hot."
Meanwhile, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the pair played the game "Two Truths And A Lie," treating fans to a peek into their personal lives. During the game, the pair tried to stump each other with hilarious claims about their childhoods and hidden talents.
