'Pokemon Z' Release Date: New Game to Feature 3 Legendary Pokemon
"Pokemon Z" fans have been waiting for years for the game to be released, and the new rumors about the featured characters only serve to further increase their excitement.
Rumor has it that "Pokemon Z" will feature three Legendary Pokemon characters instead of one. Instead of just Zygarde, Xerneas and Yveltal from "Pokemon X" and "Pokemon Y" will also star in the upcoming game title, according to a Master Herald report cited by Christian Today.
"Pokemon Z" is expected to be released in 2016. The last installments of the game came out in 2013, and the three years of Pokemon drought has lit up the rumors about the new game, the report details.

The most recent rumors say the next role-playing installment for the 3DS will be out sooner than expected. Game Freak and Nintendo are reportedly preparing to release a new announcement about "Pokemon Z," and the preparation is seen as a sign that the release window is fast approaching, the report relays.
Fans will also be delighted with the news that "Pokemon Go" will be released next month, Realty Today adds.
In addition, Polygon said Pokemon Hoopa will be available in North America during an event from Nov. 27 to Dec. 23. This character is the latest Legendary Pokemon that starred in "Pokemon X" and "Pokemon Y."
While the latest CoroCoro magazine revealed a few details about "Pokemon X" and "Pokemon Y," it also mentioned that fans will be able to "capture the legendary and shiny Xerneas, Yveltal, and even Zygarde." However, no other details are known about the Pokemon characters.
For now, "Pokemon Z" fans will have to stay updated, especially since game director Junichi Masuda is scheduled to appear as a guest on Japanese TV show "Pokemon Get TV" in December. He might reveal the final release date for "Pokemon Z" and "Pokemon Go."
