'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6 Spoilers: One Of The Girls Related To New Villain?

When "Pretty Little Liars" returns to continue its sixth season, the story will have jumped five years since fans last saw the girls. Having drifted apart to pursue their individual paths, the Liars will reunite in Rosewood after the arrival of the mysterious character known as "he."

Who is this new villain and what is his connection to Alison (Sasha Pieterse), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Aria (Lucy Hale), Hanna (Ashley Benson), and Spencer (Troian Bellisario)? Four months have passed since the show's summer finale, and with only a month to go before Season 6 resumes, fans are clamoring for details on where the "Pretty Little Liars" story is headed next.

Luckily, there are clues to be found. While show executives have remained tight-lipped about specific details of the upcoming eleventh episode, "Of Late I Think Of Rosewood," show creator I. Marlene King and the cast talked to TV Guide to discuss the Season 6B premiere. Tellingly, King said, "By the end of [Season] 6B, you will pretty much know who or who's related to this big bad."

The "Pretty Little Liars" executive also shared a behind-the-scenes photo of Lucy Hale. She wrote: "Watching @lucyhale on the big screen for the #PrettyLittleLiars finale playback. #Twisted #Epic #mindblowingending #OMG #gorgeousLucy."

While some fans of the show have always been suspicious about Aria (played by Lucy Hale) and her dubious character, King's tweet has ignited a new round of speculation, with fans commenting, "What if this is her twin???" and "Aria is BIG A!!!" and "She's going to die."

Other commenters called King's bluff, said, "I don't trust you. The last 'mind blowing end' was such a flop" and "'Mind blowing' ha whatever."

"Pretty Little Liars" resumes its sixth season with "Of Late I Think of Rosewood," which airs on Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 8/7c on ABC Family, which by then will be going by the name Freeform.
