'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6B Spoilers, Plot Rumors: Who is the New Villain?

Loyal fans and followers of the hit American teen drama "Pretty Little Liars" were shocked when they finally found out the identity of the show's main villain "A." During the summer finale of the series, it was revealed that it was CeCe who has been tormenting the girls all those years. But the story doesn't stop there as a new villain is about to trouble the lives of the liars again.

According to reports, Alison (Sasha Pieterse), Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) are going to encounter a new big bad in season 6B and rumors say that it's not going to be a stranger. The mysterious person is said to be related to a character on the show.

Before the mid-season ended, the show jumped forward five years after. The girls had moved on to different directions after high school and after A's identity was revealed. They are reunited when Alison, who is now Mrs. Rollins, is put in danger again. The finale episode ended with the girls racing into her classroom to warn her that she is not safe, her life is in danger and that "He" is already there.

While A's identity took a while to be unveiled, the answer to who the new villain is won't take that long to be known. According to TV Guide, creator I. Marlene King said that "Pretty Little Liars" season 6B won't "drag out the major reveals."

"By the end of [Season] 6B, you will pretty much know who or who's related to this big bad," King teases.

King did not reveal any specific details though. But there are reports saying that Aria is behind the villainous act. Fashion & Style detailed that King has recently released a behind-the-scenes photo suggesting Hale's character is the new menace in town.

Fans will just have to wait for the show to return to find out. "Pretty Little Liars" season 6B will air on Jan. 12.
