Prince Harry Declines Kiss From Admirer, Says 'Too Many Other Women Would Want One'

Prince Harry got some unwanted attention while helping to rebuild the rainforest in Brazil. The Prince rejected a kiss from an admirer, but she wasn't exactly too upset and still thinks the world of Harry and his family.

Harry is on a seven-day tour of South America while looking at various organizations and getting his hands dirty with the best of them. On Wednesday, he helped plant trees outside of Sao Paulo and even installed his own special plaque with the words "Principle Henry de Gales" into the ground.

"If I hit it any harder, it's going to break," the Prince joked, according to Us Weekly reporter Omid Scobie. "Planting trees, it's what we do," he said while planting a Manaca tree.

Harry was in the Atlantic Rainforest to learn about the Serra do Mar and Atlantic Forest Mosaics System projects, which helps locals make a living from using natural resources instead of cutting down trees to sell lumber and use it to create goods to sell. Harry and the rest of his family, including Princes Charles and William, are all concerned about environmentalism and saving the earth.

After planting plenty of trees, Harry and crew headed to a cooking demo by the organization Gastromotiva, which teaches locals how to make nutritious meals using all the components of the banana, which includes the skin. Bananas are native to the area and are quite popular. David Hertz, who is the chef for Gastromotiva, believes that no part of the fruit should go to waste.

"He really liked the caponata," Herzt said of the Prince's meal consisting of carrots, raisins, onions, olive oil, and banana. "He had two mouthfuls and I was really surprised because we were told he wouldn't eat anything. He said he likes cooking, so I gave him a cookery book as a gift."

When it was time for Harry to go, 53-year-old Ester Miceno hoped to receive a kiss from Harry. However, he turned her down, saying that "too many other women would want one."

Even though it was a bit of a surprise, Miceno said she still supports Harry and holds him in high regard.

"I have been following his life since he was a child," Miceno said. "His mother Princess Diana was very famous here in Brazil and I think he is very handsome, open-minded and receptive like his mother."
