Ronda Rousey's Boyfriend And Heavyweight Fighter Travis Browne Gets Emotional About Domestic Abuse Allegations

UFC heavyweight contender Travis Browne is still hurt by the domestic abuse case that he was involved in almost a year ago.

In July 2015, Browne's wife Jenna Renee Webb posted photos on social media, showing proof of alleged violence inflicted on her by the fighter. Webb, however, never filed any formal charges, noting that she did not want to cause any further damage upon Browne, his career, and his relationship with their children.

For their part, the UFC has been intolerant with such cases, that they decided to impose a temporary suspension on "Hapa".

But in August, the UFC lifted the suspension after concluding that the said allegations lacked sufficient evidence, and that Browne did not violate the company's Code of Conduct Policy.

Browne and Webb now have an estranged relationship, and the fighter is currently lined romantically to former UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey. And during his media scrum for the July 9th UFC 200 event at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, the 33-year old fighter was unable to keep himself from being emotional, when speaking about the topic.

"If those are your reasons for lying, but then you don't press charges, you don't try to do things the right way," Browne said, adding that he feels 'a little betrayed'. "If any of you guys were here beating your wife and you have two kids, I swear to God, I will f*ck you up. And I would take your kids and take them from you."

He also expressed his disappointment towards the media, whom he feels were biased against him through the entire ordeal.

"All these places -- TMZ and that stuff -- ran stuff and not a single person asked questions. I'm a 6-foot-7, 250-pound man," he said. "I have two little boys at home and if I did the things I was accused of, you want those two boys being raised by me?"

Browne is slated to face former heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez as part of the main card of UFC 200.
