'Shadowhunters' Season 1 Episode 4 Spoilers: Clary Endangers Everyone As She Tries To Rescue Her Mother
Freeform's newest fantasy drama TV series "Shadowhunters" Season 1 returns this week with a brand new episode that is expected to see Clary Fray (Katherine McNamara) following a lead in order to carry out her self-imposed mission of rescuing her mother. It appears that she is more than willing to go the distance in order for this to happen, even if it could endanger the lives of her friends.
The spoiler report from SpoilerTV.com hinted that in Episode 4, "Raising Hell," Clary will seek out the charismatic warlock Magnus Bane (Harry Shum Jr.), who is also known as the High Warlock of Brooklyn. This happens after Simon (Alberto Rosende) reveals to Clary his suspicions that Bane was the one who stole Camille's memories.
Spoiler TV went on to indicate that all the warlocks, at this time, are hiding from Valentine. They may have to come up with a plan to lure them out from their hiding places.
As revealed, the Shadowhunters will give Magnus Bane something that he can't resist – a killer party, along with something very valuable, the site said. What could be this item that Clary and gang will offer?
The promo video shared over at YouTube suggested that the team had eventually caught up with Bane. However, when they confront him about the pressing matter, the warlock said that he already fed Clary's memories to the Memory Demon. Even more determined to get what she wants, Magnus appears to be quite concerned and asked Clary if she really wants to summon the abominable creature. The clip offers a quick glimpse of the entity which, as Jace (Dominic Sherwood) warned, "is more powerful" than anything Clary has ever faced.
It does appear in the video that the group has successfully summoned the Memory Demon. But at what cost?
"People are dying because of me," a teary-eyed Clary said to someone. Did someone's life get endangered in the process?
Find out when "Shadowhunters" Season 1 airs this Tuesday, Feb. 2 at 9 p.m. on Freeform.
