Shia LaBeouf Arrested: 'Transformers' Star Muzzled With Face Mask After Meltdown in Broadway Theater
Shia LaBeouf was reportedly arrested at a Broadway show on Thursday evening in New York City.
The "Transformers" star, 28, was escorted by police from the Studio 54 theater on West 54th Street after complaints about disorderly conduct. He is accused of smoking in the theater, acting belligerent and slapping people on the behind during a "Cabaret" musical performance
"Shia was being disorderly inside and he was smoking while the show was going on. That's a no no," An NYPD spokesman told Rumorfix.com.

The troubled actor was reportedly disruptive throughout the first act. He is described as having been "incoherent" and "very agitated" upon being approached by police.
"Just saw Shia LaBeouf in handcuffs in tears surrounded by 6 police officers outside of CABARET the musical," Tony nominee Benj Pasek tweeted.
While at the Midtown-North station house LaBeouf reportedly went berserk and began spitting at officers which resulted in him being muzzled with a face mask.
"F--- you. I'll f--- you up," LaBeouf is accused of telling police reported the New York Post.
"I have millions and millions of dollars and attorneys," he went on. "I'm going to ruin your career."
The actor is also accused of using a homophobic slur as insiders claim he called the arresting officer a "f--."
Last year LaBeouf made headlines when he was embroiled in a plagiarism scandal involving Screenwriter Daniel Clowes. The actor admittedly failed to credit Clowes, who inspired his directorial debut, a short film called "HowardCantour.com."
In February, LaBeouf raised eyebrows while promoting his film "Lars von Trier's Nymphomaniac: Volume I" at the Berlin International Film Festival. The actor first stormed out of a press conference after giving a bizarre response to a single question, and later donned a brown paper bag over his head during the red-carpet premiere for the film.
"I am not famous anymore," the paper bag read.
