'Sister Wives' News Update: Meri Hints at Exit; New Wife Coming?
American reality TV series "Sister Wives" may never be the same as reports coming in say that three of the wives of the Brown family will be leaving the show and one may have already confirmed it. According to a report by MNR Daily, it's possible that sister wives Meri, Janelle and Christine may no longer be seen in the upcoming seventh season of the show.
Reports say that the three have been wanting to remove themselves from their relationship with their polygamous husband, Kody, because of the matter of his supposed abusive behavior. Plus, their situation was already very complicated. He is also said to have been focusing most of his time on his current legal wife, Robyn, and their newborn daughter, Ariella.
The three wives' departure have been a rumor until now, but recently, Meri has spoken up on Twitter, suggesting a confirmation to the reports. According to Latin Post, Meri has been busy dropping hints about her leaving the show. She also quoted Jim Caviezel saying, "Freedom is not the ability to do what we want, it's having the right to do what we ought." Aside from that, she posted several picture quotes that are still related to her possible exit.

Meri's unhappiness is no secret to the public eye as the reality star herself has previously admitted that she is no longer happy with her situation. She also got involved in a catfishing scandal last season as a result of her "feelings of abandonment." She was reportedly trying to look for love online but it turned out that the person she thought was a man was really a woman.
As detailed in Hollywood Life, Meri had reportedly divulged her true feelings to the other wives while she was in a scam affair. "She did not want to be there anymore," said an insider. "That she loved the kids but the marriage was done and she was not wanting to fix it. She said the second sister wife [Janelle] was shocked."
With three wives out of the story, "Sister Wives" wouldn't be the show that it was supposed to be. Thus, speculations began surfacing that perhaps a new wife is coming. Lawyer Herald reported that there are rumors going around about having a new wife in the new season.
