Ariella is the second child of Robyn and Kody. Their first born, Solomon, is now four years old. But Ariella is already Kody's 18th child and Robyn's fifth as she has three older children from her first marriage.

As detailed in TLC, Ariella was born on Sunday, Jan 10 at 10:10 p.m. in their Las Vegas home. She weighed nine pounds and nine ounces and measured 21.5 inches. Her birth has brought the family together especially the sister wives who came to visit her and to welcome her into the family.

They also did not waste time in sharing photos of her through social media. According to Enstars, Janelle, Kody's second wife, posted a photo of her son Hunter holding his new half-sister. A photo of Christine's eldest child, Aspyn, also surfaced online showing her carrying Ariella.

The fans of the polygamous family also celebrated with them as they sent the family congratulatory messages via social media. However, the reaction to the baby's new name was a combination of dislike and support. One fan tweeted Robyn about the pronunciation of Ariella's name.

Robyn responded that the "Ar" in Ariella's name is pronounced like the "ar" in the word star. She also shared that it is a Hebrew name and they will call their bundle of joy Ari or Aria for short.
