Super Bowl 2016 Preview: Denver Broncos Go Up Against the Carolina Panthers
The season is over and America's biggest sporting event is set up. The Denver Broncos had to grind out a win against the New England Patriots, while the Carolina Panthers had a much easier time against the Arizona Cardinals. This year's Super Bowl 50 will be featuring a lot of intriguing matchups, highlighted by two superstar quarterbacks.
Cam Newton is the American football up-and-coming superstar while quarterbacking at the opposite side is one of the most-accomplished players in the NFL history, Peyton Manning. The young one is versatile enough to hand over pain to any team's defense, while the veteran is the epitome of a traditional but highly effective passer.
While Carolina has been the scariest team this year by almost going undefeated, Denver has the edge in experience. The Panthers have only been in the Super Bowl once in 2003, where they lost to the Patriots. The Broncos, on the other hand, were last seen in 2014, but they also lost to the Seahawks. No doubt about it, these two are hungry for it.

The Carolina Panthers earned their right to become part of Super Bowl 50 only for the second time in its two decades in the league, but it couldn't have come at a much better time. They showed the Cardinals and the rest of the league tonight how good they are and not even the mighty Broncos should take them lightly. Newton will be the man to focus on this game and he's responsible for making all his teammates perform well. The Broncos should look out for Luke Keuchly, too, as the linebacker has been on a tear as of late.
The Denver Broncos are back in the biggest stage once again. A trip to the Super Bowl is nothing new to a franchise that has been here eight times already. As a matter of fact, they're tied with several teams in the league for the most trips in history. If Cam Newton's future lies in his performance for this game, this should also be a memorable one for Peyton Manning, who may be playing in his last game as a football player. He became Super Bowl XLI's MVP during his time with the Indianapolis Colts and that fact should be sign of how he performs when everything is at stake.
Super Bowl 50 is set for Feb. 7, 6:30 p.m. ET and will be telecast live via CBS. This should be fireworks, ladies and gentlemen.
