'Supernatural' Season 11 Episode 11 Spoilers: The Winchester Brothers Tackle A Music-Related Case
The CW's hit supernatural drama TV series "Supernatural" airs this week with a brand new and intriguing episode that will see the famous Winchester brothers on a hunt for the details connected to music-related case. Meanwhile, their current predicament might eventually shed some light on one of their ally's sudden change in behavior.
The synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode titled "Into The Mystic" indicated that Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will be called on to investigate a case involving the deaths of many people. The interesting part is that the victims had reportedly died after hearing "a mysterious song."
While the siblings are out doing what they do best, the promo video for the segment hinted that "something is off" about their angel friend, Castiel (Misha Collins). Avid followers may already know this to be true as Cas has already become the new vessel of Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino). Sam tells his brother to constantly "keep an eye on him."
In the highlight reel, the often serious Castiel suddenly becomes more cheerful than the usual as he can be seen whistling his way through the woods. An enemy attacks him from behind but instead of being alarmed, Cas has an expression of disappointment on his face as he lightly flicked his fingers and made the perpetrator vanish.
Dean also happens to notice the changes firsthand as the two conversed.
"This can be a good thing," Castiel told Dean as he put his hand on the latter's shoulder. Dean shot him a quizzical look, hinting that he noticed something's wrong in his behavior.
On top of this week's case, fans should expect the brothers brewing up plans to uncover what's really going on with Castiel so if anything happens, they can quickly get him out of the situation before Lucifer can cause trouble.
