'Supernatural' Season 11 Episode 14 Spoilers: Dean Asks Castiel/Lucifer To Bring Him Back In Time

In the bid to finally defeat Amara (guest star Emily Swallow), who is the manifestation of The Darkness, Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) will ask Castiel (Misha Collins), who is still Lucifer, to bring him back in time, on the exciting and brand new episode of The CW's hit supernatural drama TV series, "Supernatural" Season 11.

According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode titled "The Vessel," Dean must travel back in time exactly to where the Hand of God was last seen. The artifact is said to be the only weapon powerful enough to defeat the enemy. Per usual, the Winchester will ask for their friend's help. Little does he know that Castiel's not the person he's thought to be at the moment.

For Lucifer (Mark Ross Pellegrino), the favor asked would be an opportunity for him to get his hands on the mystical weapon. Assuming the body of the angel, the lord of the depths will go along with Dean back to 1944. The era finds them involved in a submarine mission that is said to have sunk the Hand of God to the bottom of the ocean.

Providing more details on these exciting events, a promo video posted over at YouTube finds the vampire hunter donning the sailor's hat as he traverses the narrow space of a submarine.

"I am on a mission from the future," Dean tells the submarine's crew. It is yet to be known how the people from this era will react to his claims. It is more likely that he will be laughed at by the crew.

In another development, Sam (Jared Padalecki) gets left behind in the present time. However, this doesn't mean that he won't be getting some action. In fact, the TFC summary said that Sam will still have to deal with Lucifer's devilish schemes.

"Supernatural" Season 11 Episode 14 "The Vessel" premieres this Wednesday, Feb. 17 at 9 p.m. on The CW.
