Titled "Thin Lizzie," the synopsis for the episode shared over at The Futon Critic gives hints of Sam and Dean's next adventure which includes investigating a series of murders which occurred at a local Bed & Breakfast museum.

Old accounts tell of Lizzie axing her father and her stepmother to their deaths. She was tried and later on acquitted for the crime. Borden remains to be the sole suspect of the murder case even today, 100 years have passed.

Sam and Dean's hunt for Amara, who is the physical manifestation of Darkness, leads them to the place. The summary from TFC spoke of a certain local man, Len, who claims to have seen a little girl in the vicinity of the B&B around the time that a string of murders were committed.

The promo video for the upcoming installment saw a hooded figure slashing an axe on a girl's back. The poor victim happened to be with her boyfriend in the museum. The two seem to be in search for some spooky entertainment and unfortunately, one of them ends up dead.

The next scenes of the clip show the brothers dealing with the crisis as more people have fallen prey to the killer. Dean seems to be in trouble himself as he can be seen being tied to a chair in the preview.

Will the hunters be able to stop the killings happening in the House of Whack? Will they be able to capture Amara this time?
