'The 100' Season 3 Episode 5 Spoilers: Bob Morley On Character Bellamy; More Revealed About 'Hakeldama'

Season 3 Episode 4 "Watch The Thrones" was a huge shocker for fans of the CW's hit post-apocalyptic drama TV series "The 100" when Bob Morley's Bellamy sided with Pike (Michael Beach).

From what has transpired, it appears that the character, who is known for being a dependable soldier, is now turning back into his old ways of thinking.

"He can't help but be passionate and start to go back to his old ways of being an emotionally based leader, as opposed to a pragmatic leader," Morley said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

For the actor, it's the desire to understand who he really is that drives Bellamy to make that decision. Siding with Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) in the past meant he really wanted to get rid of his very impulsive attitude towards things. However, when Pike came along, "the lines blur a bit."

He sees a leader as someone who can tug at his emotions like Pike does. But is his decision a good or a bad one?

"His mind is very clouded. I don't think there's really a good or a bad side. Pike or Kane, I think both can be valid arguments," the 31-year-old explained.

Sharing details about the rest of Season 3, Morley said that the central issue of the story would be about sustainability as well as the reality that food and supplies are already running out. The scarcity of these elements will definitely impact the lives of the characters.

Meanwhile, The Futon Critic shared the synopsis for the upcoming episode titled "Hakeldama."

As revealed, Clarke's (Eliza Taylor) hope for peace will instantly be quelled with the arrival of a new threat. Raven (Lindsey Morgan), on her part, suddenly finds she's a target. Murphy (Richard Harmon), on the other hand, is brewing a dangerous plan.

Find out how these events unfold when "The 100" Season 3 Episode 5 premieres this Thursday, Feb. 18 at 9 p.m. on The CW.
