'The 100' Season 3 Spoilers: New Season 3 Trailer Reveals Sibling Fighting Sibling And A New Woman In Clarke's Life

The CW has released a new nearly-three-minute-long trailer for its apocalyptic drama series "The 100," giving fans of the show some much-awaited glimpses into what's in store for the show's characters when they come back for Season 3. From the look of things, there's sure to be a whole lot of drama, betrayal, and blood once again.

Some of the biggest moments in the trailer include the appearance of a new major player (played by "Sons of Anarchy" actor Michael Beach), Jasper's (Devon Bostick) condition, former lovers Clarke and Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) facing off, Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) beating up her brother Bellamy (Bob Morley), and Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) and Abigail (Paige Turco) kissing.

Meanwhile, it appears that Clarke will have a new love interest in Season 3. According to TV Guide, after three months of desperate hiding, she will be seeking comfort in the arms of a sympathetic - and hot - trading post worker. However, their fun will be cut short when the Ice Nation comes into play. They are on the hunt for Clarke, who has become something of a mythical figure following the events on Mount Weather.

Nevertheless, there seems to be hope for Clarke-Lexa fans, as Clarke will be spending a lot of time with Lexa in Season 3. But as the promo video shows, these moments will be far from romantic.

The Bellamy-Clarke hug in the trailer should also give fans of the pairing some hope. As "The 100" executive producer Jason Rothenberg told E! News, "It's clear to me that these two people have come to need each other and respect each other and love each other on some pretty deep level."

"The 100" returns with its Season 3 premiere episode on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 9 p.m. on The CW. It will follow the series premiere of DC's "Legends of Tomorrow."
