"The Big Bang Theory" season eight premieres this fall. However, this season, the sitcom will begin airing on Mondays at 8 p.m. EST while CBS airs Thursday Night Football. Following the NFL season, "The Big Bang Theory" will resume airing in its usual Thursday 8 p.m. EST timeslot.
